We read every message that comes through this form. Use it for corrections, questions about something we have published, or anything else you want to raise with us.
Reporting an error
If you have found a mistake, this is the fastest way to tell us, and we would rather hear it than not. Please include the article title or link and, where you can, the source that shows the correct figure or fact. We check every report, and when we are wrong we fix the article and note the change on it. Our corrections policy explains how that works.
What to expect
We aim to reply within five working days. Corrections are usually actioned faster than that, because an incorrect article is worse than a slow reply.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you personalised financial, insurance, tax, legal or medical advice, and we will not try. If your question is about your own specific situation, the honest answer is that you need someone licensed who can see the full picture. Questions about how something works in general are entirely welcome.
